How does each item fit?

All items are unisex sizing unless otherwise stated. Different pieces do have different styles of fits. You can find the fit descriptions on each item. 

When will I get my order?

If items are in stock packaging takes 1-3 days to get out our door. When its in the hands of Canada post delivery times vary depending on how far away you are from us. 

2 Business days for local mail

2-4 Business days within the province

4-10 Days for national mail

And of course things can get in the way of these times such as living in rural areas, Black Friday, weather, world events, etc. 

Where are you located? Do you have local delivery?

We are located in Dorintosh, Sask. Canada. This is where items are made and online orders are processed. We do have a space for in person shopping in a lovely shop called "Meadow Mouse Marketplace" located in Meadow Lake, SK. This is where you can also pick up local orders (choose local pickup at checkout). 

I ordered but I didn't get an email?

Please check your spam folder for order/ship confirmation. Once I press the fulfilled button my system tells me that it sent you an email so if you do not see this email either its lost in your spam or my system has failed. 

How am I able to get a refund or exchange?

Both are possible upon request just send us a message and we'd be happy to get it all figured out for ya. Tags must be attached for an refund or an exchange to be possible.
